Simultaneously, Thompson Thrift is building Terrassa, a 324-unit luxury apartment community designed with a Mediterranean flair on approximately 14 of the 31-acre St. Augustine Outlets at 500 Outlet Mall Blvd. This development is set to offer top-tier amenities, including a resort-style pool, fitness center, and social hub.
