RISE Key Developments in Northeast Florida

-RISE Baymeadows: Under construction at 7311 Baymeadows Way RISE Baymeadows is planned as a luxurious 331-unit apartment complex offering modern amenities and a prime location in what they call a four-story, double-donut garden-style apartment community. 

-RISE at Nocatee: Was constructed in 2024 as 4 stories with 178 units at 1200 Preservation Trail, Ponte Vedra Beach. RISE Nocatee is planned as a vibrant  55+ active adult living community providing a comfortable and engaging lifestyle to residents. 

-RISE Glen Kernan Park: Under construction as a $95.9 million project of mixed-use master plan community development combining 55+ active living residential with 308 units consisting of cottages and apartments (4890 Sweetgrass Place) with commercial development including a 186-room hotel and 24,000 square feet of retail on a 48.52-acre lot at 12931 Whisperleaf Terrace between Northwest Butler Blvd and Hodges Blvd. An Olive Garden restaurant was announced in August as one of the brand names to be located on the site.

-RISE Sutton Place: In the pre-construction permitting process is this planned family-friendly 260-unit apartment complex encompassing two buildings on 9 acres bordering Windsor Park Golf Course.

-RISE Julington: Is a 260-unit apartment community in Mandarin on 8.67 acres that broke ground in 2021 and is located at 12397 San Jose Blvd less than a half-mile from Julington Creek.

-RISE Doro: Downtown Jacksonville apartment building at 960 E. Adams St., was severely damaged by a fire in January 2024. The three-alarm blaze caused extensive damage to the building, requiring the demolition of the wood frame. Despite the setback, RISE  has announced plans to rebuild the structure within 18 months. The rebuilding project is expected to include the retention of the concrete parking garage and retail space from the original building. The target completion date is February 2026.
