Get ready to dance the night away at Decca Live, a new three-story entertainment venue coming soon to Jacksonville's historic Hutchinson-Suddath building at 323 E. Bay Street. The brainchild of a trio of University of North Florida graduates, Decca Live is set to be a vibrant hub for music, drinks, and good times.

Eric Fuller, Evanc Rajta, and Aleksander Lukaj, are the driving forces behind this exciting new venture. With a combined wealth of experience in the entertainment industry, the partners have big plans for Decca Live. Fuller, a seasoned music promoter and venue owner, is known for his work with popular festivals like Life In Color.

Rajta, a former bar and club owner, brings a deep understanding of the nightlife scene. Rajta is currently the manager of Salt on the Boardwalk in Jacksonville Beach which closes after the Labor Day weekend. Rajta and Lukaj are both successful businessmen originally from Albanian. Rajta is experienced in the entertainment industry having previously owned and operated Jamrock Bar and Grille, Club Terranova (Pure Night Club), and Lux Ultra Lounge. Rajta and Lukaj also have a variety of other successful business interests.

The trio acquired the historic building in 2021 and has been diligently renovating it ever since. With the support of a $1.53 million incentive package from the City of Jacksonville, Decca Live is undergoing a major transformation. The venue will feature a new exterior, updated interiors, a revamped stage, and a rooftop lounge with stunning views of the St. Johns River.

Decca Live is expected to host a variety of music events, from weekly shows to special concerts. With a capacity of around 1,000 people, the venue is poised to become a popular destination for music and nightlife lovers in Jacksonville. As the opening date approaches, the partners are eager to share their vision for Decca Live and invite the community to join them for a night of unforgettable entertainment.
