Seven Pines is a master-planned community built on the legacy of the Skinner family. It offers residents a strong sense of belonging and a variety of amenities, including a central park, walking trails, and community pools.

Generations of Gathering: The Legacy Behind Seven Pines

Seven Pines is envisioned as a 1,200-home master plan community on the final 1,000 acres of development land owned by the Skinners' family in Jacksonville and located at the junction of J. Turner Butler Blvd and Kernan Blvd. The Skinner family has been a part of Jacksonville, Florida history for generations. They arrived in Jacksonville from South Carolina and quickly established themselves in the timber business. Over time, the Skinners accumulated about 50,000 acres of land on the Southside of Jacksonville, which they used for various purposes, including timber, turpentine production, dairy farming, and land development.

Through it all, the Skinners cherished the importance of togetherness. Their land became a haven for family celebrations, hunting expeditions, and simply enjoying each other's company. This tradition of gathering is the heart and soul of Seven Pines, which is named after the seven Skinner brothers who inherited the land.

Seven Pines: Fostering Community

Seven Pines is designed to echo the Skinners' love for community. Front porches encourage neighborly interaction, while ample green spaces provide residents with places to gather, connect, and create lasting memories. The Skinners envision Seven Pines as a place where families can flourish and build a strong sense of belonging. ICI and David Weekly Homes are the exclusive builders with prices starting in the $600,000s within the Seven Pines master-planned community. Seven Pines has also been named one of the Top 5 Master-Planned Communities in the Nation by the National Association of Home Builders.

Seven Pines' commitment to excellence is evident in the multiple awards received from the National Association of Home Builders, including a Gold Award for Best Print Campaign in partnership with InterCommunications and a Silver Award for Best Graphic Continuity and Best Signage.
